1.Service Description & Nature

ZeitVibe is an ephemeral content sharing platform that allows users to create temporary boards for sharing images and text posts.All content is automatically and permanently deleted when boards expire.

Service Characteristics:

  • Temporary content sharing (24-hour expiry by default)
  • No user accounts or registration required
  • Automatic and permanent content deletion
  • Real-time collaboration features
  • Credit-based posting system
  • Optional time extensions for purchase

2.User Responsibilities & Prohibited Content

USER SOLE RESPONSIBILITY:

YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE for all content you upload, share, create, or distribute using this service. ZeitVibe assumes NO responsibility for any content, legal or illegal.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT:

  • Illegal content, including copyright infringement, trademark violations, and criminal material
  • Harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable material
  • Personal information, private data, or confidential information
  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening content
  • Spam, advertising, or commercial content
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

3.Credit System & Usage Rules

CREDIT CONSUMPTION RULES:

  • • IMMEDIATE CONSUMPTION: Credits are consumed when posts are CREATED, not when displayed
  • • PERMANENT CONSUMPTION: Credits are PERMANENTLY consumed and NEVER restored
  • • NO REFUNDS: Deletion of posts does NOT restore credits
  • • NO EXCEPTIONS: No refunds for consumed credits under any circumstances
  • • USER RESPONSIBILITY: ZeitVibe is not responsible for accidental credit consumption
  • • NO GUARANTEES: We do not guarantee credit availability or service functionality

Available Credit Packages:

  • • Starter Package: 100 credits for €9.99
  • • Popular Package: 250 credits for €19.99 (20% savings)
  • • Pro Package: 1000 credits for €59.99 (40% savings)

CREDIT SYSTEM DISCLAIMERS:

  • • NO LIABILITY: ZeitVibe assumes NO responsibility for credit loss or consumption
  • • NO COMPENSATION: No compensation for lost, consumed, or unused credits
  • • NO GUARANTEES: No guarantee of credit availability or service uptime
  • • USER RISK: All credit purchases and usage are at user's own risk

4.Time Extensions & Event Duration

EVENT DURATION & EXTENSIONS:

  • • DEFAULT DURATION: Events expire after 24 hours by default
  • • EXTENSION PURCHASES: Time extensions can be purchased to extend event duration
  • • IMMEDIATE APPLICATION: Extensions are applied immediately after payment
  • • NO REFUNDS: No refunds for time extension purchases under any circumstances
  • • EXPIRED EVENTS: Extensions cannot be applied to already expired events
  • • MULTIPLE EXTENSIONS: Multiple extensions can be purchased for the same event
  • • NO GUARANTEES: No guarantee that extensions will function as expected

  • • 24 Hour Extension: €4.99 (non-refundable)
  • • 3 Day Extension: €9.99 (non-refundable)
  • • 1 Month Extension: €29.99 (non-refundable)

TIME EXTENSION DISCLAIMERS:

  • • NO LIABILITY: ZeitVibe assumes NO responsibility for extension failures
  • • NO REFUNDS: No refunds for any reason, including service issues
  • • NO GUARANTEES: No guarantee of service availability during extended periods
  • • USER RISK: All extension purchases are at user's own risk

5.Payment & Billing Terms

Payment Processing:

  • • Payment Processor: Stripe handles all payment processing
  • • Currency: All prices are in EUR (Euro)
  • • Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes
  • • Payment Security: Subject to Stripe's security measures
  • • Billing Disputes: Must be resolved through Stripe's dispute process

PAYMENT DISCLAIMERS:

  • • NO REFUNDS: All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • • NO CHARGEBACKS: Chargebacks may result in service termination
  • • NO LIABILITY: ZeitVibe assumes NO responsibility for payment issues
  • • STRIPE RESPONSIBILITY: Payment issues are handled by Stripe, not ZeitVibe
  • • USER RISK: All payments are at user's own risk

6.AI Content Moderation & Enforcement

AI Moderation System:

  • • Automatic Content Review: All uploaded content is automatically analyzed by AI systems
  • • NSFW Detection: Images are scanned for inappropriate or adult content
  • • Text Analysis: Text posts are reviewed for harassment, personal information, and prohibited content
  • • Real-time Processing: Content is analyzed immediately upon upload
  • • Automatic Blocking: Prohibited content is automatically blocked and not stored

User Consent to AI Processing:

By using this service, you explicitly consent to AI analysis of all content you upload. This includes both images and text content for safety and compliance purposes. AI processing is mandatory for service use.

AI MODERATION DISCLAIMERS:

  • • NO PERFECT ACCURACY: AI systems may have false positives or negatives
  • • NO APPEALS PROCESS: AI moderation decisions are final
  • • NO LIABILITY: ZeitVibe assumes NO responsibility for AI moderation errors
  • • CONTENT BLOCKING: Prohibited content will be automatically blocked without notice
  • • NO REFUNDS: No refunds for content blocked by AI systems
  • • USER RESPONSIBILITY: Users remain responsible for all content regardless of AI processing

7.Complete Liability Exclusion & Disclaimers

COMPLETE LIABILITY EXCLUSION:

ZEITVIBE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR ISSUES.

  • • Content-related damages including copyright infringement, privacy violations, or legal issues
  • • Data loss including accidental deletion, corruption, or service failures
  • • Service interruptions including downtime, maintenance, or technical issues
  • • Security breaches including unauthorized access or data exposure
  • • Financial losses related to credit consumption or payment issues
  • • Indirect damages including lost profits, business interruption, or reputation damage
  • • Third-party issues including payment processor problems or external service failures

SERVICE AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMERS:

  • • NO UPTIME GUARANTEE: Service may be unavailable at any time without notice
  • • NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: Service speed and functionality may vary
  • • NO FEATURE GUARANTEE: Features may be modified or removed without notice
  • • NO SUPPORT GUARANTEE: Technical support is not guaranteed or provided
  • • NO DATA RETENTION: No guarantee of data preservation or recovery

8.Service Termination & Changes

SERVICE TERMINATION:

  • • AT WILL TERMINATION: ZeitVibe may terminate service at any time without notice
  • • NO COMPENSATION: No compensation for service termination
  • • IMMEDIATE EFFECT: Termination takes effect immediately
  • • DATA DELETION: All data is permanently deleted upon termination
  • • NO RECOVERY: No data recovery after termination

SERVICE CHANGES:

  • • UNILATERAL CHANGES: Terms may be changed at any time without notice
  • • NO CONSENT REQUIRED: Changes do not require user consent
  • • CONTINUED USE: Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
  • • NO NOTIFICATION: Changes may not be explicitly communicated
  • • IMMEDIATE EFFECT: Changes take effect immediately upon posting

9.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
